About Vessel & Branch

Vessel & Branch is a small-batch pottery studio creating handmade stoneware pottery designed for everyday use. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to bring beauty, warmth, and intention to the simple moments of daily life.

Every mug, bowl, and vessel is wheel-thrown by hand using durable stoneware clay, then single-fired to cone 6 for strength and longevity. Many pieces are hand-carved and finished with painted glaze, giving each form subtle variations and a character entirely its own.

Vessel & Branch grew from a desire to slow down, create with my hands, and find joy in the process. I'm Kerry, a CPA, wife, mom, and lifelong learner who discovered pottery as a creative escape from a demanding career. I'm still very much a student of the craft, learning something new with every piece I make in my little backyard studio.

I love the imperfections that remind us something was made by a person, not a machine. My hope is that each Vessel & Branch piece brings a little more beauty and meaning to the everyday moments it becomes part of.

Because every piece is handmade, no two are exactly alike. These small differences in form, texture, and glaze are part of what make handmade ceramic pottery so special.
